HAPPY BIRTHDAY DALSO!

The beginning of this year 2021 is one of the most important milestones for Dalso.

With his 20 years Dalso can observe with satisfaction the great evolution he has undergone. From a small company of few employees, today it has become an innovative company with a team of 30 people united by a great experience and passion.

The history of Dalso starts from afar, as from far away that of its founder, Lucio Dal Soglio, when still very young began his learning path in the world of automation, climbing all the steps of the ladder that today has brought his company, born in 2001, to be one of the most interesting companies in the field of automation. A company that is born from the experience gained and from a clear, simple, but tremendously effective concept: the spirit of sacrifice, the awareness that every climb, even the most ambitious, will always start from the first step.

A company philosophy that grows and expands very quickly, to overcome national borders and bring Dalso to export its products and know-how abroad.

Today we have a series of new technologies that allow Dalso to realize solutions that only a decade ago would have been unthinkable.

One of the most significant moments in Dalso’s growth was in 2015, when the company moved to its current location, a plant of about 4 thousand square meters. 2016, the following year, has equal importance as it has transformed the initial concept of "craftsmanship" in "industrial", revolutionizing not only its staff but also the tools used for industrial design.

They have been 20 years of constant commitment and many satisfactions. However, we want to consider this anniversary just one stage of the journey that Dalso has undertaken, with the conviction that there are many more to reach, with the same enthusiasm and the same tenacity of the beginnings of the history of Dalso and that allowed to arrive until today.

Last year, the pandemic created problems for us, of course, but, fortunately, we have not seen a drop in turnover or any particular difficulty compared to many other situations. We continued to work even in lockdown. We understood the situation, evaluated every possible development and went ahead, waiting for the emergency to pass and we could go back out of the house.

If this 2021 has a positive side, it is precisely this: it has made us understand how far we have come. This is why we can say that automation is the future, both economically, because it reduces costs and increases efficiency, but also on the human side.     Having coordinated machines, having a precise system reduces the risks for the worker, makes the environment safer. In short, it benefits the company, aware of having optimized costs and benefits and it benefits the worker, who can work in total safety. In this sense we can say that the real Industry 4.0 is not only a bureaucratic technicality, but the dream of a fully automatic factory where man can really do creative and productive work: ideas to men, sweat to automation.
